ABOUT ME
My name is Claire Taylor-Benson and I am a Reiki Master Practitioner and Crystal Therapist based in Surrey in the UK.
I am a member of the UK Reiki Federation and I am registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (as a Reiki Practitioner). Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual is properly trained, qualified, insured and bound by the professional body’s Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
I was on my own personal wellness journey when I came across Reiki and then subsequently crystal therapy. The treatments had such a profound effect on my life, that I decided to train in both and set up my own holistic wellness practice.
Reiki and Crystal therapies both work through the human energy system holistically - many benefits have been reported after receiving these treatments including: pain reduction; reducing tension, stress and anxiety; helping insomnia; feeling deep relaxation and a sense of well-being on all levels. They complement and work alongside mainstream and natural remedies.
